An exhaust valve is provided on the cover, the exhaust valve passes through the sealing cover and communicates with the kettle cavity, and both ends of the exhaust valve are provided with O-shaped sealing rings, which are made of tetrafluoroethylene. The kettle cover and the kettle body are provided with a support ring, the support ring is made of tetrafluoroethylene, the edge of the furnace door is provided with a gasket, and the gasket is made of tetrafluoroethylene. The roller furnace has high temperature resistance, good sealing effect, small volume, high safety factor and easy to use.
