1. After the test, the parts of the instrument in contact with the sample must be cleaned, such as the outer drum, the inner cylinder and the sample cup. The outer drum must be mounted on the instrument to protect the inner drum shaft.
2. When the instrument is not used for a long time, it should be placed in a dry environment, and oil lubrication is not required for normal use.
3. The inner cylinder is a hollow structure. After each test, it should be cleaned and dried in time. When cleaning, fingers should be blocked to prevent dirt and liquid from entering the cavity.
4. Ensure that the weight of the inner cylinder is 70±5g. The cone hole surface of the inner cylinder shall not be scratched or collided.
5. Every time the inner cylinder is installed, the action should be gentle. During installation, the inner cylinder should be rotated counterclockwise and upward force. When the inner cylinder is removed, the inner cylinder should be rotated counterclockwise and downward force to avoid bending and deformation of the inner cylinder shaft.
6. When operating and storing the torsion spring assembly, handle and put it gently to avoid deformation.
7. When moving, servicing or cleaning the instrument. To light, light, so as not to cause the deformation of the parts affect the accuracy and use.
8. The power supply should be cut off when repairing and moving the instrument, so as to eliminate the fault and move.
9. After each use, the instrument should be wiped clean in time and placed in a dry environment.
