Overview

The XS-7021DB type high and low temperature pressurized curing kettle is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with API standard specification 10. The test block used for oil well cement strength test is maintained under the conditions of high temperature, low temperature and high pressure, and is generally used in conjunction with the XS-2015 type uniform loading pressure testing machine. Copper test mold conforms to API and relevant national standards.

Structural characteristics of the instrument

1. British Eurotherm3504 controller, full LCD screen, high temperature control accuracy, simple and intuitive operation, automatic control of temperature and pressure.

2. The original SC gas drive booster pump, imported pressure sensor and pressure relief pump constitute the pressure control system.

3. Imported original valves, joints, tees and pipelines.

4. Adopt double high pressure valve structure, significantly enhance the working stability.

5, the use of electric control lifting device, used to lift the copper test mold, easy to use.

6. The new pressure relief pump cooling jacket has good heat exchange effect and ensures long-term stable operation of the pressure relief pump.

7. Precision microporous mesh water filter to ensure the safety of equipment water.
