The TCH-8150 gas-liquid channeling tester is a set of precision instruments designed to determine the sensitivity of different oil well cement formulations to gas channeling.
The main function of the instrument is to simulate the weight loss law to continuously test the pore pressure change during the cement slurry condensation, and to draw the weight loss curve and measure the pressure difference of gas channeling at different times during the cement slurry condensation, so as to determine the gas-liquid anti-channeling performance of the cement slurry system.
The main feature of the instrument is that the kettle body can be rotated to simulate various inclined wellheads. Simulate the environmental state of large temperature pressure difference of cement slurry in the well. The weightlessness test and gas channeling test are completed in one test. The test has strong operability and is easy to install and disassemble. Brand computer uses multi-channel data acquisition to display and record the test data curve in real time, complete the storage and printing of test reports. Can detect gas/liquid flow; temperature control is program control.
