Overview
The XS-7030 portable thickening instrument is designed in strict accordance with API standard 10 and is used to determine the thickening time of cementing slurry under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
Structural characteristics of the instrument
1. Adopt British Eurotherm3504 controller and imported pressure sensor.
2. Imported air drive booster pump, the United States original high pressure valve.
3. The structure is firm, the performance is stable, and the operation and maintenance are more convenient.
4. Laptop, imported MOXA conversion interface, RS-232 interface.
5. The data acquisition software supports real-time viewing of process data, real-time display of process curves, export of data in various formats, and calibration of heating programs and sensors through remote setting.
Main technical parameters of the instrument
1. Power supply: AC220V ( ± 10%)50Hz, rated power: 3kW.
2. Air source pressure: 0.3~0.7MPa.
3. Water source: 0.1~0.4MPa.
4. Maximum pressure: 155MPa, maximum temperature: 210 ℃.
5. The program automatically controls the temperature.
6. Temperature control accuracy <± 1 ℃.
7. Motor speed: 150±15 rpm.
