Overview
The XS-7071F high temperature and high pressure flip water loss meter is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with API standard specification 10. It is used to determine the water loss performance of drilling cement slurry and cementing cement slurry. Because the turnover dewatering instrument is equipped with a stirring device, the dewatering instrument is more suitable for testing the dewatering performance of mud and cement slurry under high temperature and high pressure.
Structural characteristics of the instrument
1. The XS-7071F-type high-temperature and high-pressure turning water loss meter can realize the stirring maintenance and water loss measurement of mud and cement slurry inside the water loss meter, thus avoiding the process of taking out from the normal pressure thickening meter and then pouring into the water loss meter. The water loss test under high temperature and high pressure is more accurate, and the safety is also increased.
2. The heating and cooling system of the instrument is specially designed, with high heat exchange efficiency, practical and reliable, and convenient maintenance.
3. The controller, high pressure valve, pressure regulating valve and high pressure pipeline of the instrument are all selected into the device.

1. Power supply: AC220v (main 10%)50Hz, rated power: 1.2kW.
2. Maximum working pressure: 7.1MPa, maximum working temperature: 260 ℃.
3. Temperature control is program control.
4. Temperature control accuracy <± 1 ℃.
5. Motor speed:(150±15) rpm.
6. Volume of pulp cup: 500ml, test sample volume: 250ml.
