Overview
The XS-3060 type constant speed mixer is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with API standard specification 10. It is used for high-speed mixing of cementing slurry samples, with preset low-speed gear (4000rpm) and high-speed gear (12000rpm) specified by API.
Structural characteristics of the instrument
1, high-speed brushless motor and driver, low noise, long life.
2. Closed-loop constant speed control is adopted, and the speed remains unchanged under the condition of resistance change.
3. The speed adjustment is stable and the control accuracy is high.
Main technical parameters of the instrument
1. Power supply: single-phase AC220V 50Hz, rated power: 1kW.
2. Maximum speed: 18000rpm.
3. Digital PID closed-loop control, digital display.
4, the protection function is complete, overheating, overcurrent, overvoltage, overspeed and other protection.
5. Low gear: 4000rpm ± 200rpm, high gear: 1200orpm ± 500rpm. Gear shift: 500rpm-~-18000rpm.
6. Capacity of pulp cup: 1L.
