Overview

The XS-8041D type high and low temperature pressure thickening instrument is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with APl standard specification 10. It is used to determine the thickening time of cementing slurry under the conditions of high temperature, low temperature and high pressure.

Structural characteristics of the instrument

1, the use of British Eurotherm2604 controller, temperature control, pressure control accuracy, combined with Italy imported sensors and the United States SC booster pump and high-performance pressure relief pump, to achieve automatic control of temperature and pressure.

2. Equipped with three-pen recorder of imported LCD screen, it can directly read the temperature, pressure and consistency values on the equipment, and draw the thickening experiment curve.

3, the United States original high pressure valve, joint, three, high pressure pipe, rupture disc, Germany ultra high pressure meter.

4. The low temperature system has fast cooling speed, high efficiency and small equipment volume.

5, the use of imported fully enclosed refrigerator, low noise.

9. The new large-flow low-pressure oil filter greatly improves the oiling speed.
