Overview
The XS-7020 type portable curing kettle is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with API standard specification 10. It is mainly used for curing the test block of oil well cement strength test under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
Structural characteristics of the instrument
1. Eurotherm3504 controller, inlet pressure controller, inlet pressure sensor, gas drive booster pump and automatic pressure relief system to realize automatic control of temperature and pressure.
2. Imported high-pressure valve, high-pressure connector, high-pressure tee, high-pressure pipeline.
3, small size, light weight, easy to operate.
Main technical parameters of the instrument
1. Power supply: AC220V (10%) 50Hz, rated power: 2.0kW.
2. Air source pressure: 0.3~0.7MPa.
3. Water source: 0.1~0.4MPa.
4. Maximum working pressure: 25MPa, maximum working temperature: 220C.
5. The 50-segment program automatically controls the temperature.
6. Temperature control accuracy
7. Curing quantity: 4 copper test moulds.
