Product overview
Physical plugging effect of drilling fluid: under certain pressure conditions, when drilling fluid permeates into the borehole wall, a part of solid substances enter the pores or cracks of the borehole wall to deposit and form internal filter cake, reducing the permeability near the borehole wall; another part of solid substances are blocked outside the borehole wall to form external filter cake. The essence of drilling fluid physical plugging technology is to reduce the depth of filtrate invasion through the joint action of inner filter cake and outer filter cake, which is the same as the purpose of reducing filtration loss.
