BH4261 type moving soil content test box is a kind of comprehensive instrument box newly developed by our factory for detecting the active moving soil (clay) content determined by methylene blue determination (MBT) method. The total cation exchange capacity (CEC) of the solid phase in the drilling fluid can be estimated by the methylene blue capacity. The methylene blue capacity and the cation exchange capacity are not necessarily equal, and usually the former is slightly less than the actual cation exchange capacity.
The instrument box is convenient to use, simple to operate, and perfect in performance. What is more prominent is that the instrument box is convenient and flexible to carry, and the glassware used in the experiment will not be damaged. Open the instrument box and install the titration rack in the box to form a titration workbench, which can be used for heating titration experiments anytime and anywhere.
