The XS-8041 type booster thickener is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with APl standard specification 10. It is used to determine the thickening time of cementing slurry under high temperature and high pressure conditions.

Structural characteristics of the instrument

1, the British Eurotherm2604 controller, temperature control, pressure control accuracy, combined with Italy into the sensor and the United States SC booster pump and high-performance pressure relief pump, to achieve automatic control of temperature and pressure.

2. Equipped with three-pen recorder of imported LCD screen, it can directly read the temperature, pressure and consistency values on the equipment, and draw the thickening experiment curve.

3, the United States original high-pressure valves, joints, tee, high-pressure pipe, bursting disc, Germany ultra-high pressure meter.

4, the use of double high pressure valve design, significantly improve the operation reliability and oil return speed.

5. Advanced silent geared motor, low noise.

6, the alarm system to achieve the consistency of the upper limit and pressure, temperature overrun automatic alarm, automatic shutdown.

7. The new large-flow low-pressure oil filter greatly improves the oiling speed.

8. The RS-232 interface is used to communicate directly with the thermostat, and the data is completely synchronized. The computer data acquisition system can monitor, print and store the data curve. The data supports multiple formats for export, software modification program, and software sensor correction.
