Overview
XS-8041C type booster thickener is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with AP standard specification 10. It is used to determine the thickening time of cementing slurry under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
Structural characteristics of the instrument
1. Imported touch screen and PLC, integrated operation display man-machine interface, which can realize automatic control of temperature and pressure, consistency measurement, temperature, pressure and consistency record.
2, the United States original SC gas drive booster pump, Italy imported sensors and pressure relief pump constitute the pressure automatic control system.
3, the United States original high pressure valve, joint, three, high pressure pipe, rupture disc, Germany ultra high pressure meter.
4, the use of double high pressure valve design, significantly improve the operation reliability and oil return speed.
5. Advanced silent geared motor, low noise.
6, the alarm system to achieve the consistency of the upper limit and the upper limit of the pressure, temperature overrun automatic alarm, automatic shutdown. 7. New large flow low pressure oil filter. Greatly increase the speed of oiling.
