    In the drilling and completion work, there will be two different types of water loss: one is the static water loss after the drilling fluid stops circulating, the filter cake gradually thickens, and the water loss decreases with time; the other is the dynamic water loss caused when the circulating drilling fluid washes the filter cake. Because the static and dynamic water loss of various drilling fluids are not necessarily proportional, it is particularly important to measure the filtration loss of drilling fluids under dynamic conditions. The GGSD71 high temperature and high pressure dynamic water loss instrument overcomes the shortcomings of various static water loss instruments and makes the test results closer to the actual downhole situation. GGSD71 high temperature and high pressure dynamic water loss instrument can quickly and safely measure the water loss performance of drilling fluid and cement slurry under static or dynamic conditions, and provide reliable data for scientific, fast, high-quality and safe drilling.

    GGSD71 high temperature and high pressure dynamic water loss instrument is a kind of simulation of deep wells (high temperature and high pressure) under the size of drilling fluid and cement slurry filtration test instrument, it is suitable:

    (1) When the working temperature is within 232 ℃, the maximum working pressure of the mud cup is less than 7.1MPa, the filtration loss pressure difference is 3.5MPa, and the filtration loss area is 22.6 cm2, the static water loss obtained after 30 minutes and the thickness of the formed mud cake (expressed in milliliters and millimeters respectively).

    (2) When the working temperature is within 150 ℃, the maximum working pressure of the mud cup is less than 7.1MPa, the filtration loss pressure difference is 3.5MPa, and the filtration loss area is 22.6 cm2, the dynamic water loss obtained after 30 minutes and the thickness of the formed mud cake (expressed in milliliters and millimeters respectively).

    (3) The double-layer filter screen is selected to meet the measurement of cement slurry.
